Maccabi Healthcare Services (MHS) has established an automated registry of women diagnosed or treated for infertility. The MHS Infertility Registry was initiated in 2004, but data are available since 1998. As of November 2015, a total of 71,193 members have been identified, out of which 97,810 were active members of MHS in October 2014. Our newest profile, the Malta Congenital Anomalies Register (MCAR) captures major birth defect data from all hospitals on the Maltese Islands via case report forms on an active and passive basis. Over the 2003-2012 period, out of 40,493 live births, a total of 1,184 babies with major congenital anomalies were registered with MCAR.
The Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS) monitors six high priority health risk behaviors that contribute markedly to the leading causes of death, disability, and social problems among youth and adults in the United States. YRBS data are representative of all public and private school students in grades 9-12 in the 50 states and the District of Columbia.

The Medical Data Vision EBM Provider® is a medical health insurance claims database with inpatient and outpatient information since April 2008. The database covers about 4% of the Japanese population, and 13% of total number of beds for large hospitals. It currently consists of 208 large (mainly tertiary) hospitals in Japan, and more are being added regularly.
